We recommend checking the care label inside each garment for specific instructions. In general, machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and iron on low heat for best results.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the courier's tracking system.
You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with the order details. You will also be notified when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, COD is available for all eligible orders.

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and must be returned with the original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
Yes, we charge INR 100 as a reverse shipment fee for returns at the time of refund.
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check (which usually takes 7-10 days), your refund or exchange request will be processed within 72 hours.
For COD orders, refunds will be provided as store credit, which will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number after the product passes our quality check.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2-3 working days. If you do not receive it, please contact your bank.
If you return an order that was placed with a discount, the discount will be waived, and the products will be billed at MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.
